PAPER AND PACKAGING

NABL Lab offers comprehensive testing services for the paper and paper products industry to assess both physical and chemical properties, ensuring the quality and durability of materials. We offer testing services for various paper-based products, such as paper boxes, bitumen paper, craft papers, paper boards, writing papers, and packaging materials used in food, drug, and electronics industries.

Given the importance of packaging during transportation, especially for mobile goods like electronics, pharmaceuticals, and food products, we conduct rigorous durability testing to ensure that paper-based packaging can withstand transit conditions and protect contents effectively.

We perform a wide variety of tests, including burst strength, tensile strength, vibration, thermal shock, peel, edge crush, tearing resistance, opacity, moisture content, grammage, water absorbency, brightness, pH of paper extracts, grease and puncture resistance, folding endurance, and ink rub tests. Chemical tests such as chloride content, ash content, non-volatile matter, and chemical resistance are also part of our offerings.

Our laboratory complies with internationally acknowledged testing standards such as BS 3137, ISO 2758, ISO 2759, ISTA, ASTM D999, TAPPI, and IS 1060, along with numerous others.

We also comply with specific packaging and transit-related standards like ISO 2247, ISO 9022 series, and ASTM D1709.

NABL Lab ensures that your paper products not only meet quality benchmarks but also comply with international and national regulations. Whether for industrial supply or end-user applications, our testing services provide critical insights into the performance and reliability of paper materials.
